Limpia Company LLC - Cleaning Services Agreement
1. Service Completion and Duration
Our Blue & Shine program is designed to provide a thorough and detailed cleaning of your home. The service is divided into two phases:
Blue Initial Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, with general cleaning of living areas and bedrooms
Shine Follow-up: Detailed cleaning of living areas and bedrooms, with general cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms
Ongoing Maintenance: Rotating Turn 1-4 cycle to maintain cleanliness
Service duration varies based on property size and condition. We allocate sufficient time to ensure quality results.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule and will notify you of any necessary changes.
3. Deposit Payment
A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your first service. The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your scheduled service date.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free and the deposit will be refunded in full
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will result in forfeiture of the $50.00 deposit
Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit for future bookings
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service, customers agree to:
Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned
Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
Inform us of any pets, special requirements, or areas of concern
Ensure safe working conditions for our cleaning staff
Provide access to water and electricity
6. Liability and Damages
Limpia Company LLC maintains comprehensive liability insurance. While we take utmost care with your belongings, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage to items not properly secured. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment as part of our service. If you prefer specific products or have allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. We offer eco-friendly cleaning options upon request.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers
For recurring services, payment will be charged automatically after each service
Late payments may result in suspension of service
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
10. Feedback and Disputes
We welcome your feedback and will work diligently to resolve any disputes. All complaints should be submitted in writing via email or through our customer portal. We aim to respond to all concerns within 2 business days.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Data collected is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
12. Modifications to Terms
Limpia Company LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
