SMS Consent Script

Limpia Company LLC — Verbal Opt-In Disclosure

Limpia Company LLC agents read the disclosure below verbatim before adding any caller's mobile number to our SMS messaging program. The caller's affirmative agreement is logged in our CRM along with the timestamp of the call.

1. Verbal Disclosure (read by agent)

“Before we finish, I'd like to set you up to receive text-message updates from LIMPIA Company LLC about your service — things like appointment confirmations, reminders before your cleaning, deposit links, and occasional special offers.

Message frequency varies — typically one to eight messages a month. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase, and we will never sell or share your mobile number for marketing or promotional purposes.

Do I have your permission to send you these text messages at the number you just gave me?”

2. Required Caller Response

The agent may only mark consent as granted if the caller affirmatively responds “Yes” or a clear equivalent (e.g. “Sure,” “That's fine,” “Go ahead”). If the caller declines, hesitates, or says no, the agent records “Declined” in the CRM and does not add the number to the SMS program.

3. CRM Record

Every consent event is recorded in our CRM with:

  • Caller's mobile number

  • Date and time of the call (ISO 8601, UTC)

  • Agent ID who read the disclosure

  • Source of the consent (telemarketing call, inbound call, call-back, etc.)

  • The exact disclosure text in effect at the time of the consent (this page is version-controlled in our codebase)

4. Opt-Out Handling

Customers can opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message we send

  • Asking any Limpia Company LLC representative over the phone to remove their number

  • Emailing contact@limpiacleaningservice.com with the subject line “STOP SMS”

Opt-out is processed within one business day. A single confirmation message will be sent after a STOP reply; no further messages will be delivered.

5. Sharing of Mobile Information

Limpia Company LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile-phone numbers or SMS opt-in status with any third party for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. The only third-party recipients of this data are our SMS-delivery provider and carrier networks, which receive the data solely to transmit the messages the customer opted in to receive.
